TaxCure360
Privacy Policy
TaxCure360 is a product and service of TaxCure LLC, 55 Merritt Blvd, Suite 115, Trumbull, CT 06611 (“TaxCure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit taxcure360.com or app.taxcure360.com (the “Site”), use the TaxCure360 platform (the “Service”), or otherwise interact with us — for example, by booking a demo, signing up for an account, or contacting support.
1 Our Two Roles
We handle personal information in two different roles, and it is important to understand the difference:

Client Data we process for our customers: Our customers are tax professionals who use TaxCure360 to manage their own leads and clients. Information that a customer collects and stores in their TaxCure360 account — such as their contacts’ names, phone numbers, email addresses, and case details — is “Client Data.” We process Client Data on behalf of, and at the direction of, our customers, who are responsible for their own privacy practices and for obtaining any consents required from their contacts.
If you are a client or lead of a tax professional who uses TaxCure360, please direct privacy questions and requests about your information to that professional. Section 6 below describes our role as a service provider for Client Data.

Customers are responsible for the lawfulness of the Client Data they collect, for obtaining any consents required from their contacts (including consents for calls, text messages, and emails), and for responding to privacy requests from their contacts. We will reasonably assist customers in fulfilling those obligations as required by applicable law. Export and deletion of Client Data are governed by our Terms and Conditions.

9 Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit and access controls limiting who can view personal information.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs, we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required by applicable law.
